	terry peterson: I just looked in the "update" section, and the other members in the top three are listed as updating their accounts with uploads, entries and whatever, but I am NOT even there! It should ALSO reflect that I have uploaded TWENTY videos since about 12 noon today, 8/31/09! but it's not there! It IS in my profile though, showing all 20, but no points yet!!!!!!!!!! 	All points are up to date and awarded immediately. As mentioned below the algorithm that awards points doesn't just do it based on number of posts, but rather has lots of limits in it to attempt to award people most for inviting athletes to Timu and maintaining teams within the site. His has been steadily going up all day long! terry peterson Aug 31, 5:41 PM About a month ago there was a limit put in place on number of points awarded for photo or video postings within a 24 hour period. Because those types of postings were being much to richly rewarded compared to things like bringing on members or teams to Timu. What type of unicyling do you do: Mostly mountain unicycling, aka, MUni. Also trials and "cokering" on my 36" uni.
How far do you ride: If MUni about 3-15 miles per ride. If 36er from 12-50 miles per ride
Where do you ride: Many trails from Santa Barbara to San Diego, and also Moab Utah and Truckee, CA near Reno
Have you ever gotten hurt riding: I've had my share of falls, and have had injuries but never a broken bone..yet!

What did you do before piano tuning: Many things! Actor, Ventriloquist, Disc Jocky and radio nnouncer, salesman.
Do you have any phobias: Flying! Also fear of heights and John Tesh!
What do people say or ask when they see you unicyccling on the trail: Not enough space for ALL the answers, but usually they say things like, "Awesome", "Impressive", etc. Every once in a while I still get that old tired line, "Where's your other wheel", or some variation thereof.
Is it hard to learn unicycling: Not really. If you can ride a bike you can learn basic uni skills in less than a week! Your progress really depends on how much you practice and your willingness to keep at it.
Is unicycling a good way to keep fit: Aboslutely! When I started riding in 12/05, I weighed 170lbs and had a 34" waist. Today I weight 142 and have a 29" waist, and I'm in the best shape of my life at 53 years of age! Of course, eating well, not smoking or drinking helps a lot too!
How much does a good unicycle cost these days: Depends on the quality, but if you want the better quality that will last and take a lot of hard use, you would spend roughly $450-$750 for a trials, MUni or 36er. Prices vary a fair amount, but even the highest quality unicycles are a fraction of what the highest quality bikes cost. Plus they take up FAR less room in you car!
