Enhance your experience in TIMU Spaces by discovering and joining groups to collaborate with within your organization.
Find the "Invite" button at the top of the screen on the TIMU Spaces tool bar to add new members to your groups.
On the Discover page, you will see a list of all the groups that you may have access to. This includes groups you're already a member of, public groups, and discoverable private groups.
Groups you're already a member of:
These groups will be indicated with an "Open" label. To open and explore the spaces within these groups, simply click on the "Open" button next to the group name.
Public groups:
If a group is public, you can join it without needing an invitation or permission. To join a public group, click the "Join" button next to the group name. Once you've joined, you will have access to all the spaces within that group.
Discoverable private groups:
If a group is private but discoverable, you can request access to the group. Click the "Request Access" button next to the group name, and your request will be sent to the group admin for approval. If your request is approved, you will be granted access to all the spaces within that group.

Please note that non-discoverable private groups will not be visible on the Discover page. To join such groups, you will need a direct invitation from a group admin.
