Click on the "File" icon located on the left sidebar within TIMU Spaces. This will open up a context area.
Within the context area, click on either "Google Drive" or "Dropbox".
At this point, you will be prompted to sign in to the selected service. After signing in, you will have full access to your files.
You can now easily share these files with your colleagues on TIMU Spaces, promoting effortless collaboration within your team.
Within any space in TIMU Spaces, navigate to the file section.
Choose to either create a new document or upload an existing one.
Clicking on a Google Docs file in TIMU Spaces' file section will present you with a preview of the file.
You can choose to edit the document directly within Timu Spaces. Alternatively, if you prefer a dedicated editing tab, select this option to open the document in a new browser tab.
Once you're done editing, the changes will automatically save and update within TIMU Spaces.
Navigate to the file section of any space in TIMU Spaces.
